Rivington Business Centre is situated just 2 minutes walk from Old Street Underground Station and within walking distance of Moorgate Station and Liverpool Street Station serving the Central, Northern, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines and British Rail.

The Offices

We offer a high standard of fully furnished offices, which are ready for immediate occupancy. Office sizes range from 150 sq. ft (1 to 2 people) to 1000 sq. ft. The suites are fully carpeted, furnished and pleasantly decorated. The building has central heating, double glazing and a passenger lift. All floors have toilet and kitchenette facilities.

Business Services

The reception is manned from 9.00am until 5.30pm to greet all your clients and Visitors.

i. Access

    The building is open to clients and visitors 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for all key holding staff in your Company.
ii. Telephone Answering and Message Taking
    The building is equipped with a computerised switchboard and you will have the facility of trained, responsible staff who can take messages on your behalf. The calls can be answered in your Company name or Rivington House. Telephone extensions are available in each office. Alternatively calls can be programmed to ring directly to your office.
iii. Facsimile/E-Mail
    A centralised service for both incoming and outgoing transmissions is available, all incoming messages are free of charge.
 iv. Photocopying
    Our photocopying service is code controlled, which lets you be in charge of your own copying.
v. Mail
    The sorting of mail is undertaken and deposited in each client’s mailbox. A post collection service is available weekdays from reception at 4.00pm.
vi. Conference/Board Room
    The ideal solution for your business meetings, we provide conference rooms for rent by the hour or day.
 vii. Secretarial Services
    Our experienced secretaries will deal with any business correspondence from one letter to full mailshot, using the latest word-processing facilities for 100% accuracy.

Furnished Service Offices From:

£125.00 per week for 150 sq. ft office unit (1/2 people)

£250.00 per week for 350 sq. ft office unit (3/4 people)

A selection of other offices up to 1000 sq. ft are available

Terms

1. One month’s rent and one month’s deposit payable in advance.

2. All licence fees are payable monthly in advance and are fully inclusive of:

(a) Central Heating

(b) Electricity and Lighting

(c) Business Rates and Water Rates

(d) Reception

(e) Cleaning of the building, including each office and all common areas on a daily basis.

(f) Furniture

(g) Provision of standard telephone equipment in each office

(h) Building Insurance ­ Tenants should insure their own possessions
